
Over a month after India started voting for the mega Lok Sabha elections 2024, the last 57 constituencies will go to polls in the seventh phase on June 1. The votes will be counted for 543 Lok Sabha seats on June 4.
In the seventh and last phase, 13 seats each in Uttar Pradesh and Punjab, nine in West Bengal, eight in Bihar, six in Odisha, all four in Himachal Pradesh, three in Jharkhand, and one in Chandigarh will go to polls.
The voting for phase seven will begin at 7 am and conclude at 6 in the evening.
In these 57 Lok Sabha seats, 904 individuals are running for office. The highly awaited elections in the constituencies of Varanasi, Uttar Pradesh; Shimla, Himachal Pradesh; Chandigarh; and Kolkata, West Bengal, will also occur in the seventh phase.

Voter turnout so far:
- In the first phase of Lok Sabha polls, a voter participation of 66.14% in 102 seats was registered.
2. It was 66.71% in the second phase, which included 88 constituencies.
3. the figure was 65.68% over 94 constituencies in phase three.
4. As many as 69.16% of voters participated in the fourth phase across 96 seats.
5. The fifth phase saw a 62.2% turnout in 49 seats.
6. The sixth phase saw a voter participation of 61.98% in 57 seats.
